Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include links to or offer third-party products or services on our QuestFit Websites. These third-party websites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. 8. Retention of Information.In general, we will keep your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your information was collected. If your account has been inactive or your subscription with us has expired for a period of more than ninety (90) days, then we may delete your account and all associated data. In addition, inactive or stale data may be deleted in accordance with our internal data retention policies. We will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any deletion or removal of data made in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will respond to most requests with 45 days, or otherwise request an additional 45 day period within which to respond.
10. Communication With Children.
The QuestFit Websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the QuestFit Websites. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through the QuestFit Websites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the QuestFit Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use.
